Psagot’s Single-Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is exclusively harvested from our vineyard in the Judean Mountains. This wine beautifully expresses the unique characteristics of its terroir, blending contrasting elements into harmonious perfection. It is tightly structured yet gentle, powerful yet soft, offering a rich palette of flavors. The deep, velvety tint hints at layers of forest fruit, red fruit, and earthy nuances. This wine is expected to age gracefully under optimal conditions.
