Syrah
A wine with an intense crimson red color, with aromas of wild strawberry and plum, with hints of vanilla and smoking, with a strong and powerful body, warm and caressing. A vineyard planted in 2009 on the slopes of Kibbutz Ein Dor in the Galilee. The grapes were harvested at night in the second third of August. After receiving, separating the stalks and crushing the must fermented on the skins for approximately 20 days. After malolactic fermentation and fining, the wine was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
