Lyrica Petite Syrah Dry Red Wine

A wine with a very deep crimson red color. On the nose, aromas of ripe black cherry and raspberry, with hints of mocha. The palate is strong-bodied, powerful and caressing. In this series, the winery's winemaker, Philip Lichtenstein, strives to serve Israeli wine lovers a wine whose main focus is to preserve the varietal character and fruitiness of the wine, in a process that guarantees it an exceptional structure and harmony and a worthy aging potential. The wines in the series undergo maturation in appropriate barrels, precisely for this purpose. The grapes come from vineyards in the Carmel region and the surroundings of Mount Tabor. Great emphasis is placed on optimal growth in the vineyard, which allows for full ripeness while maintaining as much fresh fruitiness as possible.
