Dry Red Wine A smooth and caressing red wine. With an aroma that combines strawberries with sweet spices, cinnamon and pepper. A vineyard planted in 2009 with three adjacent plots in descending order on the slope: Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah, below Kibbutz Ein Dor in the Galilee. Each of the three plots was harvested separately at different times on the nights of August according to their reaching full ripeness, Grenache first and Mourvèdre last. Each wine was aged separately in wooden barrels for about a year and after mixing the blend, it was aged for about another year, for a total of two full years.
