Description

The blend is composed of 50% Petite Sirah, 20% Petit Verdot, 20% Marselan and 10% Cabernet Franc, sourced from our vineyards in the Judean Hills region. The grapes were hand‑harvested, and following a classic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, contributing freshness and aromatic richness.

This is a fresh, balanced wine with a deep and impressive color, high acidity, medium body and a pleasant finish. It offers a well‑balanced fruity profile with notes of red fruits, plum and red cherry.
