Description

The blend is composed of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Marselan, 16% Merlot and 8% Sangiovese, sourced from our vineyards in the Judean Hills region. This wine is a tribute to the Marsalis family, “the first family of jazz.” The grapes were hand‑harvested, and following a classic fermentation, the wine aged for 10–12 months in tanks, contributing to its freshness and aromatic richness.

This is a fresh, elegant and ready‑to‑drink wine with medium body and a pleasant finish. It offers a balanced fruity profile with notes of strawberry, plum and black cherry, making it an excellent companion to a meal.
