Yarden Syrah Yonatan Vineyard is produced entirely from Syrah grapes grown in the Yonatan Vineyard in the Golan Heights, situated at an elevation of approximately 700 meters above sea level. The vineyard’s unique terroir—combining deep basaltic soil with cool climate conditions—imparts a distinct character, rich flavor profile, and remarkable complexity.

As a Single Vineyard release, this wine is crafted exclusively in select years when the expression of both fruit and terroir reaches its purest quality.

Tasting Notes & Aromas:

The wine features rich aromas of black raspberry, dark cherries, and plum, accompanied by hints of freshly cracked black pepper, Mediterranean herbs, subtle earthiness, and well-integrated French oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied with structured tannins and a long, lingering finish.
