Ben Nun Winery is a family boutique winery born from a deep love for the land and the craft of growing grapes. In the heart of the Ayalon Valley, in a region where wine has been produced for thousands of years, the founders established a high‑quality vineyard shaped by a unique terroir, rich soil and a rare microclimate that gives the grapes concentrated flavors and exceptional character.

The winery specializes in producing elegant red wines inspired by European traditions, using premium varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Marselan, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Sangiovese. The grapes are hand‑harvested at dawn, carefully sorted and fermented in temperature‑controlled Italian stainless‑steel tanks. They are then aged in French oak barrels, which add balance, depth and refined softness to the wine.
